ABSTRACT
This talk will provide an update to NEMC attendees regarding the SW-846 Compendium, a collection of test methods published by EPA’s Office of Resource Conservation and Recovery. Topics will include recent method development efforts and current and upcoming projects planned for 2022, including collaborations with other EPA offices and external organizations. We will provide updates on the following:
• Method 3512: Solvent Dilution of Non-Potable Waters
• Method 8327: Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) by LC/MS/MS
• Method 3050C: Acid Digestion of Sediments, Sludges, and Soils
• Methods 1313-1316: Leaching Environmental Assessment Framework (LEAF) Development for Organics, Applications for Inorganics
• Validated Methods 5030C and 5035A, Purge and Trap for VOCs in Waters and Solids
• Chapter 9, Sampling Plans
• Waste Sampling Draft Technical Guidance
