Rachelle Duvall
Dr. Rachelle Duvall is a Research Physical Scientist at the US Environmental Protection Agency. She obtained a Ph.D. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a focus on air pollution control. Dr. Duvall has been working at EPA for 8 years. She has extensive experience in receptor model development and applications. Dr. Duvall is currently working on methods development research for EPA's Federal Reference and Equivalency Methods Program as well as low cost sensor technologies.
