Jeff Reid
Jeffrey Reid specializes in several different laboratory technologies and techniques which include pressurized solvent extraction (PSE), solid phase extraction (SPE), parallel concentration, and rotary evaporation.
For the past 4 years Reid has been employed at BUCHI Corporation where he focuses his efforts within the environmental industry by providing application support and method development for many of the country’s largest environmental testing laboratories.
Previously, Reid has worked on the development of silica media for HPLC columns. He has worked in the scientific industry for eight years on both the analytical and preparative side.
Reid holds a BA in Chemistry from the University of Delaware and an MBA in marketing from Goldey-Beacom College. He is a member of the American Chemical Society (ACS) and a member of the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC).
