H. James Reisinger founded 26 year old Integrated Science & Technology, Inc., (IST) and is Senior Principal Environmental Scientist. Prior to founding Integrated Science & Technology, Inc., he served in the United States Air Force and was employed by Ichthyological Associates, EA Engineering, and First Environment. He holds a BS in comprehensive science and an MS in Biology (Honors) from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. During his 44 years of experience, his passion has been solving integrated multi-dimensional environmental problem solving both in North America and outside North America, using integrated state of the art technologies. He has also participated in research projects to develop new site characterization and remediation methods including application of drones, has developed and taught training courses for multi-national clients, and has interfaced with regulatory bodies for a variety of clients. He has also served as an expert in environmental contamination litigation matters.
