William Perry
Mr. Perry is the QA Manager at Gulf Coast Analytical Laboratories, LLC (GCAL) and has been responsible for supporting the method development team during development of GCAL's EPA 537 R1.1 and EPA 537 R1.1 modified (QSM Table B-13) methods.
His role as part of the team was research and procurement of standards and performance testing (PT) samples, participation in troubleshooting with the team, review and tabulation of method validation data, development and publication of method validation packages, review of GCAL's procedures, completion and submission of accreditation scope expansion packages, coordination with Accreditation Body (AB) external auditors (EA), and resolution of EA findings through GCAL's corrective actions program.
Since accreditation, Mr. Perry has led GCAL's responses to clients and AB questions and issues with data packages and PT sample reporting.
Mr. Perry holds a B.S. in Chemistry and has over 30-years in environmental laboratories and remedial actions.
