William Goodman

William Goodman is Director of Elm at PerkinElmer. In this role he manages the commercial and development aspects of the Elm, a new franchise for PerkinElmer, was established in 2014 to develop and proliferate air sensing technologies in municipalities and industry to enable better understanding of how environmental and human health are linked.

Bill has worked for PerkinElmer since 2005. He held various positions in the company including Chromatography Applications Manager, Gas Chromatography Product Planning Manager, and most recently, Senior Manager – Environmental Strategy and Solutions.

Bill has a B.A. in environmental science from Saint Michael’s College. Prior to joining PerkinElmer, he worked in numerous laboratory roles with Severn Trent Laboratories.
