ABSTRACT
The Contract Laboratory Program (CLP) has a well-established quality assurance program with a robust toolbox. This presentation will provide an overview of the tools the CLP uses to collect and monitor data quality and laboratory performance; utilization of these tools; and a case study implementing these tools and it’s outcome, including lessons learned and a discussion of new tools for the toolbox.
