ABSTRACT
California’s Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program has taken a journey of transformation beginning with the acknowledgment of a troubled program. The first step was to commission an Expert Review Panel to identify the program’s weaknesses and chart the course for improvements. Hear perspectives from the Expert Panel, ELAP, and stakeholders as they take the road to making ELAP an effective, sustainable accreditation program.
