Barrett Parker
Barrett Parker, P.E. is an Environmental Protection Specialist with the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards. He supports air regulation rule writers with emissions quantification and statistical application advice. His 26 years of experience in preparing NSPS and NESHAP applicability determinations and implementing the title V air operating permit program led to serving on the title V implementation portion of the Compliance Assurance Monitoring (CAM) rulemaking and on the monitoring and testing portions of the Mercury and Air Toxics (MATS) rulemaking. His awards include 2 EPA gold medals. Barrett holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Louisiana State University and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from the George Washington University. He is licensed in North Carolina and Virginia.
