William Lipps
William has over 30 years’ experience as a chemist and manager of industrial and environmental laboratories, product specialist, product manager, and marketing of both laboratory services and instruments. William is on ASTM Committee D19, E02, D02, D22, and D34, is the Standard Methods Part 4000 coordinator, and a US delegate to ISO TC147. William is currently the Environmental Marketing Manager and Shimadzu Scientific Instruments.
