Zewu Chen

Zewu Chen has a Ph. D degree in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Sothern California in 1997. Dr. Chen is currently Director of Research and Development at XOS, responsible for underline technology development for monochromatic XRF systems. He is a well recognized innovator and researcher, awarded the ISA’s prestigious Arnold O. Beckman Founder Award in 2006. He has over 20 US and international patents and pioneering publications in monochromatic XRF based on doubly curved crystal optics.
