Henry Leibovitz
Dr. Henry Leibovitz works for the Rhode Island State Health Laboratories where he has served since 2007 as the Chief Environmental Laboratory Scientist for the drinking and recreational water, air, food, shellfish and dairy testing programs. He also works for CSRA as a Principal Research Scientist. Dr. Leibovitz serves as a member of the EPA Environmental Laboratory Advisory Board and the Association of Public Health Laboratories' Environmental Laboratory Sciences Committee. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Rhode Island, a MS degree from Auburn University and a BS degree from Syracuse University. His 37 years of experience also includes directing a contract laboratory in support of EPA CLP and DOD programs and conducting research at Louisiana State University and the University of Rhode Island.
