Ron Coss
Ron Coss has been the Laboratory, Monitoring, and Compliance (LMC) Manager for the Orange County Sanitation District for eight years. He has worked in the field of water/wastewater treatment and environmental monitoring for nearly thirty years. Ron has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Master of Science degree in Public Health from San Diego State University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from CSU Long Beach. Ron is a Board Certified Environmental Scientist, a certified Laboratory Analyst for water and wastewater, a Certified Water Treatment Operator and a Certified Manager
