ABSTRACT

Environmental laboratories can miss the little things that cause their service to be less than the best. How many times do we have our Client Service Department ‘fix things’ that our clients don’t do for us? How often do we get questions about which bottles are needed for a given test? Presented here are examples of the little things that we all do that we could all do just a little better – resulting in happier clients and end data users, which should result in a better bottom line for the laboratory.
