Sheila Robinson
Sheila Robinson has over four years experience in liquid crystal sensor creation as a product development chemist at Platypus Technologies. Robinson, who earned her BS in Chemistry from Carroll University, was the primary chemist for development of the ClearSense H2S Dosimeter, Platypus Technologies first LC-based chemical sensor product. She is the in-house leader in LC sensor fabrication and has expanded her responsibilities by managing the sensor and gold thin films product lines, generating protocols, SOPs, BOMs and other key documentation, administering quality control, coordinating manufacturing, overseeing inventory and costing, acting as safety officer, and serving as point for technical support and custom requests. Robinson has previous analytical and instrumentation experience in a GMP/GLP testing lab.
