ABSTRACT
The requirements for regulatory reporting under the CWA and perhaps the SDWA are covered in 40 CFR part 136.7. These promulgated requirements are not exempted for online instrumentation that is utilized for compliance reporting. These requirements will be discussed as they were applied to simple monitoring requirements of pH, turbidity and chlorine.
