ABSTRACT
How can government and industry effectively plan and make decisions in a world of increasing uncertainty caused by rapid technological innovation, scientific breakthroughs, and socio-economic change?
Strategic foresight is a planning tool to develop the critical thinking, planning, and management competencies for considering the impact of long-term uncertainties on near-term decision making.
