Raymond Frederici
Ray has been with TestAmerica (TA) Environmental Laboratories, Inc. and its legacy companies for 37 years. Currently the Vice President of Quality and EHS, he is responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring and enforcing ethics, quality assurance and health & safety programs. His specialty is managing risk through the mitigation of system failures and driving continuous improvement. Ray currently serves as a member of the USEPA Environmental Laboratory advisory Board (ELAB) which makes recommendations through Federal Advisory Committee to the USEPA on technical and regulatory matters important to the US environmental testing laboratories. Ray holds a B.S. in Environmental Biology from Eastern Illinois University and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Olivet Nazarene University.
