ABSTRACT
The EPA Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water (OGWDW) will provide a drinking water update on recent activities within the Technical Support Center (TSC) including analytical method development and collaborative efforts to validate these methods. Discussion will also include updates on the implementation of the fourth cycle of the Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Regulation (UCMR 4) and preparations for UCMR 5. The drinking water Alternative Testing Procedure (ATP) program will be reviewed along with the Expedited Method Approval process, which designates additional analytical methods as approved for drinking water compliance monitoring.
