Elizabeth Spencer
Elizabeth Spencer just finished her Freshman year at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Spencer is pursuing a degree in Bioproduct and Biosystem Engineering through the College of Science and Engineering. In 2018, Spencer wrote a paper on Sustainable Agriculture in Libya and later went on to present her research at the World Food Prize in Iowa in October of 2018. Spencer attended Rochester Century High School with and was an active member in STEM society and was a Teachers Assistant for the Biology department. Spencer graduated from Rochester Century High School with Honors in May 2019.
