Jingcun Wu
Jingcun Wu gained his Ph.D. from University of Waterloo. He has worked in analytical chemistry for over 25 years, both in industry and academia, including an adjunct professor position at the University of Waterloo, working with sample preparation pioneer Janusz Pawliszyn. He had worked as a senior research scientist in a tobacco testing laboratory, a bioanalytical laboratory and an analytical R&D department of a veterinary drug company for over 16 years, developed and validated many analytical methods with more than 28 peer-reviewed journal publications and more than 28 conference presentations. He has worked in PerkinElmer in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada as a Senior Strategic Application Scientist for more than two years, responsible for analytical applications development in food safety and environmental analysis.
