Sandip Chattopadhyay

Sandip Chattopadhyay is a chemical/environmental engineer at the USEPA. His expertise include developing innovative methods and technologies to achieve sustainable and cost-effective solutions; engage stakeholders, including state and local governments, in achieving project objectives and deliverables within budget and ahead of schedule; and subject-matter-expert in the design, fabrication, sampling, analysis, operations, and laboratory-, pilot-, and field-scale installations/applications. Dr. Chattopadhyay is author of more than 60 peer-reviewed journal articles, three patents, and many book chapters. When not at work, he volunteers at Engineers Without Borders; Water for People and the Earth Coalition.
