Dale Walker
Dale Walker is a Senior Applications Scientist with Agilent Technologies where he has worked to improve methods and techniques for the challenging analyses of semi volatiles, volatiles, pesticides, dioxins, and PCBs including updates to challenging methodology, Dale uses the newest technology to help Scientist reach todays lower detection limits.
Dale has been working in the analytical chemistry field since 1980. During his 40-year career in the environmental industry, Dale has held several positions including Technical Director, Senior Scientist, Senior Technical Engineer, Senior Field Service Engineer, and Western United States Sales and Service Manager.
Dale’s efforts along with those of his customers and colleagues have contributed to a greater understanding and stewardship of our environment.
Interestingly, Dale is a second-generation scientist whose focus is on gas phase mass spectrometry; his father was part of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory team who placed the first mass spectrometer on Mars.
