Larry Keith
Dr. Larry Keith began working at the SE Water Research Lab in the mid 1960s and continued there when it became one of the national research labs after EPA was created in 1970. His talk focuses on this period. After leaving EPA in 1977 he worked for over 20 years at Radian International in Austin, TX. Today he does private consulting and specializes as an expert witness involving pollutant analysis and QA/QC, typically defending companies where litigation involves data of unknown or uncertain quality.
