Yongli Gao
Dr Yongli Gao joined University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) in 2012 and currently is an associate professor at the Department of Geological Sciences. He was a faculty member at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) from 2004 to 2012 and a postdoctoral fellow at Indiana University between 2003 and 2004. He received a B.S. degree in Geology and M.S. degree in Geochemistry from Beijing (Peking) University, a M.S. degree in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Hydrogeology from the University of Minnesota in 2002. He was one of 25 faculty members to receive the Ralph E. Powe Junior Faculty Enhancement Award for 2006 awarded by Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU).
