Sumedh Phatak
After earning his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology (UDCT) in India, Sumedh Phatak came to the US to pursue his Masters degree in Chemistry from Syracuse University. There he worked as a Teaching Assistant and a Research Assistant while conducting research on polymer chemistry. He has been working with Milestone Inc. as the Applications Chemist for about a year. Based out of their US headquarters in Shelton Connecticut, Sumedh primarily works on method development for customer samples, troubleshooting, providing on-site and remote applications support, marketing support and he also presents Milestone's technology to prospective clients through demonstrations, trade shows and webinars.
